All-on-4 replaces a full arch of missing or failing teeth with a fixed bridge supported by just four implants. All-on-6 does the same with six implants where the bone allows. The result is a complete, non-removable set of teeth: you eat, speak and smile without the movement, sore spots and daily removal of a conventional denture.
The four implants are placed at calculated angles so they use the strongest bone in the jaw — which is why most patients can have All-on-4 without bone grafting. Full-arch treatment is for people who have lost most or all of the teeth in one jaw, or whose remaining teeth cannot be saved. The choice between the options is made from your 3D scan, not from a brochure.

All-on-4 is planned digitally and delivered over two visits to Istanbul. The key difference from single implants is that you leave the first visit with fixed teeth, not a gap.
If you need both jaws, both arches are usually treated in the same first visit.
All implants and restorations are FDA-approved and CE-marked, and the material certificates are shown to you in the clinic. The implants are quality international titanium systems — Straumann BLT / BLX or Nobel Biocare as the premium option — chosen for your bone quality and for immediate loading of the provisional bridge.
Both options are fixed, screw-retained and serviceable: a clinician can remove and refit the bridge for maintenance without disturbing the implants.

The first visit is the important one: consultation and scan, extractions and implant placement, then the provisional bridge and a check before you fly. Expect swelling and soreness for a few days after surgery, managed with ordinary painkillers. Eat soft food while the implants integrate, keep the bridge clean with the brushes and floss we show you, and avoid smoking during healing.
