Frequently asked questions

How do I know which treatment I need?+
Start by showing us the teeth. No one can diagnose a mouth from a web page, so rather than choosing between implants, crowns and veneers on your own, send photos through the free online consultation. Our dentists come back with a personalised plan setting out what they would suggest and why, usually within 24 hours and with no obligation to go ahead.
What is the difference between veneers, crowns and implants?+
They solve three different problems. Veneers and e.max laminates are ultra-thin ceramic shells that reshape the front of teeth you still have. Zirconium crowns are metal-free covers that go over a whole tooth, usually one that is damaged or heavily filled. Implants replace a tooth that is missing altogether — a fixed replacement anchored in the jaw. Which one fits depends on what your own teeth are doing.
What if I need something that is not listed on this page?+
Tell us anyway. This page shows what we focus on — implants, zygomatic implants, All-on-4 and All-on-6, veneers and e.max, zirconium crowns, Hollywood Smile and whitening. If what you need falls outside that list, send your photos and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we do, rather than booking you in and working it out after you land.
Can something be added to my treatment after the in-person examination?+
Only with your agreement. The quote is itemised and fixed before you travel. If the in-person examination shows you need something extra — a bone graft, a sinus lift, an extraction — we tell you and get your approval before doing anything. Nothing is added without you agreeing to it first. Procedures like these sit outside the standard price list, which is why they are quoted separately when they come up.
